CitiEnGov Toolkit
the CitiEnGov Toolkit is an online tool dealing with Energy issues.
It is composed by 3 elements:
- methodological guidelines;
- documents/agreements template;
- technical solutions.
It also deals with energy related data harmonization and management: tools implementation, definition of procedures, agreements and cooperation tools in English and original language.
